Job description

Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for a Community Relations Associate. This position is essential in building strong community partnerships, strengthening donor and auxiliary involvement, and guiding volunteer-led initiatives that directly benefit the families they serve. You’ll act as a strategic connector, ensuring every outreach effort is cohesive, meaningful, and aligned with the mission. If you’re inspired by cultivating relationships, driving community impact, and creating experiences that motivate others to engage, this position offers a powerful opportunity to make a real difference.
 
Requirements: 
  • Two to five years of experience in community engagement, development, and volunteer management
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors, volunteers and community partners
  • Experience managing volunteer-driven operations or facilities-related projects strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
 
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
