The Client Relations Associate handles a wide variety of client inquiries; provides issue resolutions, consistent client communication, and the overall goal being client satisfaction. This member handles inbound and outbound phone inquiries asking probing questions to identify and resolve patient needs. Assist clients with their various issues via different communication channels. This member helps build a strong relationship between the business and its clients and potential clients.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Proficiently navigate current operations software; find and retrieve patient information within the system as it pertains to each patient/facility experience.
  2. Proficient use within Microsoft Outlook applications and how it's relative to our operations and ability to service our customers with high level client care.
  3. Be knowledgeable of all products we provide to our patients and excellent ability to navigate all resources available; categories, properties, coverage, monthly allowable, etc, while on the phone with clients.
  4. Know Prism's scope of service and the geographic areas we operate within.
  5. Establish an appropriate rapport with patients through highly effective communication style and leave clients with positive memorable experiences.
  6. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  7. Effectively navigate Medicare, private insurance, and Medicaid patient files; properly and efficiently make independent determinations accordingly to completely comprehend the patient file, while on the phone with clients.
  8. Proficiently navigate current Operations and specific Client Relations software; find and retrieve patient information within the system as it pertains to each patient/facility experience.
  9. Provide the proper correspondence to referring internal contacts with respect to the patient file.
  10. Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
  11. Ability to identify opportunities to provide product enhancements as they arise.
  12. Be a team player and assist others in their duties when needed.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately.
  14. Perform other duties and projects as requested by management.
  15. Effectively communicate in all streams of contact with our clients: Medchat, Email, Text, and Phones.
  16. Ability to maintain designated KPI inside of workflow and inbound and outbound phone focus daily


Position Requirements

Education/Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Successful completion of 90 days of employment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment and multi task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • In an 8 hour day the employee infrequently lifts/carries 15 Lbs or less
  • In an 8 hour day the employee stands/walks for less than 2 hours
  • In an 8 hour day the employee sits 6+ hours
