Investor Relations Associate

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Equity
Location: Orlando, FL | Onsite
Must be based in or within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

Key Responsibilities of the Investor Relations Associate

  • Support quarterly earnings processes, investor presentations, earnings call materials, and shareholder communications
  • Prepare and maintain investor-facing presentations, financial exhibits, and executive reporting materials
  • Assist with financial modeling, consensus analysis, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence reporting
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy of public disclosures
  • Support SEC reporting initiatives and help ensure compliance with public company disclosure requirements
  • Monitor shareholder activity, analyst coverage, stock performance, and market trends
  • Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other investor-related activities
  • Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Assist with special projects related to corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications for the Investor Relations Associate

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
  • 3–6 years of progressive experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, financial reporting, corporate finance, investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets
  • Strong public accounting background with SEC reporting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with publicly traded companies required
  • Exposure to investor relations, capital markets, equity research, or investment management highly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executive leadership
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
