Their approach may include prayerful decision-making, honesty, and a commitment to justice. Some Christian attorneys specialize in religious liberty cases, while others work in various legal fields with a faith-driven perspective.

Christian Attorneys often serve clients who seek legal advice and representation that aligns with their faith-based values, working across areas such as family law, nonprofit and church law, religious liberty, and estate planning. Cases may include advising churches, ministries, and individuals on matters involving religious freedoms, contracts, employment, or organizational governance. While much of their work overlaps with standard legal practice, Christian Attorneys place a special emphasis on integrating ethical guidance grounded in Christian beliefs. Legal teams are usually collaborative, drawing on both legal expertise and shared faith perspectives to support their clients effectively.
