Job description

As the Community Relations Director, you'll be the face of our community, building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. You'll listen with empathy, share our story, and help families feel confident in their decision to join our community. Your efforts will directly impact occupancy, but even more importantly, they will help seniors find the care and connection they deserve.
Community Relations Director Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
โ€ข Daily census reports and reporting
โ€ข Coordinate the inquiry process
โ€ข Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
โ€ข Notification and reporting of admission updates
โ€ข Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
โ€ข Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
โ€ข Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
โ€ข Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions
  • Work as Manager on Duty
