Bilingual Client Relations Associate

ServiceMaster Green is a values-driven, growing, locally owned ServiceMaster franchise, with hundreds of employees providing our clients with commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services throughout central Iowa. We currently are accepting résumés for the full-time position of Bilingual Client Relations Associate. Job responsibilities focus on all areas related to maintaining positive relationships with our clients as we meet their needs to offer them exceptional janitorial and carpet cleaning services. Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30 min lunch). Must be available to work an 8-hour shift when required - with advance notice - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (60 min lunch).

The duties include receptionist/upfront duties of receiving people who come into the office (i.e. vendors, deliveries, applicants, employees, etc). Some basic HR duties that will likely grow as the person becomes more familiar with and comfortable with our business – filing paperwork in personnel files (alphabetical order), addressing envelopes to employees (i.e. b'day cards, paystubs, etc), organizing work shirts by size, basic processing of new hire applications – running background checks, etc. Answer main phone line and transfer calls as needed. This would all be on a gradual scale; the more they learn the job and feel comfortable with it and understand our company's needs, the more their responsibilities would grow.

Required: clean criminal background, legal adult authorized to work in the U.S., clean criminal record, 100% bilingual (English/Spanish) - read, write, speak. Compensation: $32,760.00 - $36,400.00 per year.
