Job Summary
Our Client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategies and business objectives.
This role requires a strong leader with experience managing application development and support teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering complex technology initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, including employees and contractors.
  • Hold teams accountable for commitments while proactively removing obstacles and roadblocks.
  • Facilitate the development of program plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day program activities and ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and technology teams.
  • Define program goals aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
  • Monitor and communicate program status, schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance.

  • Manage the complete program lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, procurement activities, risk management, scope management, and transition to operations.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large programs and technical teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong experience leading business and technical teams through requirements gathering and documentation activities.
  • Experience creating and managing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Statements of Requirements (SORs).
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall program management methodologies.
  • Experience balancing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
