Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking an experiencedNIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (NEAT) Program Managerto workremotelyproviding Portfolio Financial and Contract management services.Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

This engagement provides a spectrum of management, technologies development, applications/software engineering, bioinformatics support, and professional development. The Program Manager will provide professional support services, technical leadership, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services and projects across all tasks. The Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of work performed under this task order.

The NIAID NEAT Program Managerserves as the program manager responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations. Provides overall direction of program activities. Manages and maintains contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programmatic/Contract Support:
    • Consults with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
    • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers.
    • Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates.
    • Oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
    • Assumes the initiative and provides support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
    • Provide monthly status reports on current contract staffing status, including vacancies, upcoming departures, and upcoming hires Reports in the formats provided by the Government.
  2. Program Oversight:
    • Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Infrastructure services and projects across all tasks.
  3. Reporting and Communication with Financial Management:
    • Development and execution of program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and analyzing expenditures.
    • Managing finances and burn rates for the team and augmenting staff as needed.
    • Analyze financial data and trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Deliver monthly reports within 10 calendar days of the end of each calendar month.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of contract staffing status and other relevant information.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure effective program management and delivery.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
