Job description

Integrity Refrigeration and AC is seeking a personable, consultative Comfort Advisor who excels at building trust, listening to customer needs, and presenting clear, value-driven solutions that enhance home comfort. You will work full-time, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed.

Earn a base salary of $30k with 6-9% commission for your first 90 days and then transition to uncapped commissions where you can expect to earn upwards to $150k!
