What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a seasonal comfort advisor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Seasonal Comfort Advisor, you need a basic understanding of HVAC systems, strong sales acumen, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. What is a seasonal comfort advisor?

A Seasonal Comfort Advisor is a professional who assists customers in selecting the best heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions for their homes or businesses during peak seasons, such as summer or winter. They typically work for HVAC companies and help clients understand their options, explain product features, and provide estimates for installation or upgrades. Their role combines sales, customer service, and technical knowledge to ensure customers receive systems that fit their comfort needs and budget. Seasonal Comfort Advisors often work on a temporary or part-time basis, especially during periods of high demand.
