Job description
Mount Sinai is one of the largest non-profit health systems in the U.S. with a strong reputation for quality of care and research/education. Our health system has over 43,000 employees working together to provide billions of dollars in high-quality care for millions of patients each year.
Up for the challenge to make health care better by delivering more value and a better patient and provider experience at lower cost, Mount Sinai Health System invested in Mount Sinai Health Partners (MSHP), a business unit to lead the health system's transition to a value-based care business. Making a commitment to working differently and taking on more accountability and risk for patients is instrumental in our quest to deliver world-class population health management.
The population health team within Mount Sinai encompasses payer contracting, population health analytics and operations, care management, wellness services, provider communications and engagement, clinical integration, and population-based quality and efficiency management and improvement. The team includes 400+ employees with clinical, contracting, finance, IT, analytics, operations, and product development expertise. Delivering the most efficient and highest quality care while rewarding total health outcomes is a win for all-from patients to providers to health care insurers.

• Work productively amidst ambiguity
• Thrive in fast-paced work environments
