Job description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Client Success Advisor to work with a large enterprise team, supporting ongoing work efforts including cost-optimization and process/product improvements.
The Client Success Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships and the delivery of IT products, ensuring successful delivery, audit readiness and client satisfaction.
Duties:
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, assisting in defining requirements and establishing expectations for business units, technical teams and service/production groups.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and IT teams, providing recommendations and updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Monitor work requests and workflows to ensure delivery milestones and timelines can be met, escalate efforts as need be. 
  • Develop SLA metrics based on client and business requirements, work with the technical teams during development and critical incidents to ensure SLAs can be met. 
  •  Support client budgets to identify any cost optimization or product improvement opportunities, guiding the client through options available.
  • Develop training and product support documentation for training teams. 

Qualifications: 
  • Strong experience in developing client relationships and communications through product development and delivery
  • Experience working for enterprise clients and delivery management
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications
