Job description

Overview Job Description and Responsibilities:Tactica Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager I to support the U.S. Army INSCOM G-1 Professional & Administrative Support Services contract. In this critical role, you will serve as the Contractor's authorized representative, ensuring the technical performance of all required services while acting as the primary point of contact with the Government COR. This is a pre-award position, contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the Contractor's authorized representative for the technical performance of all services required under this contract.
• Act as the primary communication channel between the Government COR and the Contractor.
• Provide overall contract management and administrative oversight to achieve qualitative and quantitative requirements.
• Support the G-1 mission and other areas of the contract as needed.
• Manage in-processing/out-processing for newly assigned contractors.
• Provide monthly status reports, monitor daily contractor status, and assist contractors with timecards and leave submission.
• Oversee artifacts, reporting, integrated schedules and edits, risk registers, and status reports provided to Government management.
• Coordinate and complete assigned tasks across the project life cycle, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Review and provide edits to subordinate artifacts to ensure accuracy and compliance with Government formats and reporting standards.
• Advise Government managers on changes in status, logistics, or data affecting events and project execution.
• Prepare reports for Government management regarding status, issues, risks, and financial or other requested data.
• Ensure Government-directed procedures, databases, and applications are properly followed.
• Assist the Government in developing responses to ad hoc internal and external assignments, ensuring accuracy and technical merit.
• Integrate and validate project data, coordinating across departments or experts to report pertinent facts, relational information, or statistical impacts. Requirements Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•U.S. Citizen.Active TS/SCI clearance.
•Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with coursework in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field, OR 10 years of commensurate experience.
•5 years' specialized experience at the senior level, supporting high-OPTEMPO, multi-faceted organizations.Program Manager Certification Level 1.
•Advanced communication skills to address quasi-technical and programmatic elements, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery to Government management.
•Excellent proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.
•Database entry experience, including updating existing databases.
•Ability to interpret regulatory guidance.Proficient in customer service skills, responding effectively to inquiries from subordinates, command groups, and higher-level commands.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in typing.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Office 2013 products.
•Knowledge of office machines including printing, scanning, and faxing.
•Extensive experience applying a wide variety of project management principles, practices, and procedures.
•Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic, fiscal, and legal governance in advising Government management.
•Experience coordinating deadlines, monitoring activities, and reviewing project execution, gate reviews, baselines, and milestones.
•Skilled in planning, organizing, and integrating data to achieve critical milestones and project completion. Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
