City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team in the RDU metro market. If you're a proven sales leader who excels at coaching teams, driving new business, and building a high-performance culture, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact while earning exceptional compensation.

You'll lead a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives, helping them achieve ambitious growth goals while continuing to develop your own book of business and strategic relationships.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales leadership, business development, outside sales, commercial services, facilities services, janitorial services, or other service-based industries.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Drive new business growth through accountability, pipeline management, and performance coaching. The formula for success is simple - discipline and consistency
  • Establish sales goals and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, quarterly performance reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train top sales talent.
  • Oversee CRM utilization to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales activity tracking.
  • Partner with Operations to support strategic customer renewals, contract expansions, and competitive bids.
  • Improve sales processes, training programs, and best practices to increase team effectiveness.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sales strategies.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success leading B2B sales teams. Successful history of managing direct sales reports is required. 
  • Strong track record of coaching sales professionals to exceed revenue goals.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Consultative sales approach with strong business acumen.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Positive, collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading B2B sales professionals.
  • 2+ years of successful outside sales and new business development experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar software.
  • Strong history of achieving sales goals and developing high-performing teams.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel locally with rare overnight travel.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen, and behavioral assessment.
