Summary of Role: The Intelligence Analyst works with the Director of Integrations to turn data into clear insights that help the business make decisions. The role covers performance reporting, M&A integration support, and reporting automation.

The analyst reviews weekly and monthly performance, checks data for accuracy, and shares key trends and insights with management. They support mergers and acquisitions with financial analysis and reporting and build automated reports using BI tools. They also answer reporting requests from leadership and turn complex data into simple, visual summaries.

Requirements:

Operations & Production Reporting:

  • Assist Director of Business Integrations with monitoring and analyzing monthly/weekly performance
  • Review data to verify accuracy. Complete various excel projects.
  • Research & analyze key trends. Coordinate with various departments to achieve resolutions/change.
  • Produce Management Discussion & Analysis insights for monthly management reporting.


M&A Integration Support

  • Support the Director of Business Integrations with financial analysis and reporting related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in building out reporting frameworks and data structures for newly integrated entities.
  • Help identify and reconcile data gaps between legacy and integrated business units.
  • Contribute to integration projects by providing financial modeling, analysis, and reporting as needed.


Automation/Systems Projects

  • Monitor PRISM reporting and verify accuracy
  • Further develop automated financial reporting with BI tools
  • Support various departments such as Engineering with leveraging AI and business intelligence to drive operational value creation


Business Partner Support & Data Analysis:

  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from department managers and leadership in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Distill complex data into concise, visual-friendly summaries that operations and leadership can act on.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field. Advanced Degree or relevant certifications a plus.


Required: Compliant with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status (ITAR defines "U.S. Person" as a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident).
