Hire Type: Full Time Only  


Job Description:-

Advanced degree in Informational Sciences, Business Intelligence/Analytics or related field 

10+ year in Business Intelligence operations 

Experience with self-service analytics strategy, implementation and best practices 

5+ years in Tableau Product Suite (desktop, server) and data experience in dashboard design, creation and maintenance ` 

Analytical skills 

Advanced experience with end to end BI reporting solutions 

Experience with building data architecture 

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Tableau solutions 

Proficient in SQL 

Proficiency with Lavastorm or similar analytics engine software preferred 

Solid business acumen 

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 

Strong time management and prioritization skills 


Role & responsibilities 

Lead data visualization analyst team through delivery of dashboards 

Thought partner on reporting and analytics vision 

Share reporting, analytics and data visualization best practices 

Identify best solution for designing and deploying the BPM reporting and analytics portal and lead implementation of the portal 

Review and provide recommendations to optimize BPM reporting infrastructure to support scaling and real time reporting 

Recommend and implement approach/tool for effective storytelling and insight socialization
