About the Opportunity:

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Data Management and Business Intelligence team. This individual will support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics initiatives, helping business leaders make data-driven decisions through scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights.


The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and enterprise reporting environments. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand reporting needs, develop dashboards, and improve access to critical business data. This is a 6-month contract position.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Build scalable reporting solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Analyze data and provide actionable business insights
  • Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data issues
  • Support reporting initiatives utilizing ERP and SAP data sources
  • Promote best practices for business intelligence and data visualization
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
