How You'll Make an Impact:
Research & Targeting
  • Conduct detailed research on technology organizations, emerging initiatives, and executive decision-makers.
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities, helping to align client needs with TSG's key service offerings
  • Develop executive stakeholder maps linking buyer roles to TSG capabilities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TSG, delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring prospects have a top-tier experience.

Multi-Channel Outreach & Engagement
  • Execute and engage in consistent outbound and inbound outreach, utilizing personalized messaging, cold calling, and social selling techniques.
  • Apply structured follow-up sequences over 2-3 weeks blending personalization, value, and timing.
  • Track metrics such as reply rates, meetings set, and conversion to pipeline.
  • Deliver a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective clients.

Collaboration & Growth
  • Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Leaders to strategize, build and manage strong sales pipelines.
  • Receive continuous coaching and support from senior leaders.
  • Support live events, conferences, and executive briefings.
  • Drive expansion within enterprise accounts, strengthening relationships and uncovering new avenues for growth.
  • Bring a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to understand the nuances of technical consulting sales.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology related field is required.
    • Preferred degrees include: Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, and related fields
  • Exposure to sales, business development, consulting and client-facing experiences.
  • Understanding of cloud, AI, data or digital transformation concepts is preferred.
  • Resilient and adaptable mindset-comfortable with rejection, eager to learn from setbacks, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong interest in technology with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their value effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for face-to-face engagement.
  • Growth-oriented attitude with a clear ambition to build a long-term career and progress into an Account Manager role within TSG.
  • Must be willing to relocate within the United States for promotion opportunities
