  • Collect and track feedback from senior sales team members after completed meetings to evaluate meeting quality, client fit, and potential opportunity value.
  • Over time, assist with identifying new target accounts, researching relevant contacts, and building prospect lists aligned to expert network growth priorities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of VISASQ/COLEMAN's expert network offering, including expert interviews, surveys, and broader research support, in order to confidently communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed on relevant industries, client buying behaviors, and market dynamics to support thoughtful and timely outreach.

Qualifications

  • Open to recent graduates and early-career candidates; prior experience in sales development, business development, recruiting, client service, or another outbound/client-facing role is a plus.
  • Comfortable with proactive phone and email outreach, including cold calls and consistent follow-up.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
