As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll receive paid training, a guaranteed base pay, and opportunities to earn additional income through commission and performance-based bonuses. No previous sales experience is required.

What Your Day Looks Like

You'll work on-site with your team inside a partnered retail location. Throughout the day, you'll interact directly with customers, learn about their needs, explain available products and services, and help customers select appropriate options.

You'll also participate in team meetings, sales training, coaching, and goal-setting designed to help you strengthen your communication and sales skills.
