In this role, you aren't just selling services; you are leading the charge in acquiring new flagship clients, navigating complex executive-level conversations, and instilling a culture of rigorous pipeline development. If you are ready to drive enterprise growth and shape the future of wellness and lifestyle brands, this is your next move.

What you'll do:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise accounts within the growing health, wellness, and lifestyle industries
  • Executive Presence: Conduct high-stakes discovery and pitch presentations to C-suite stakeholders, articulating MERGE's value proposition with clarity and confidence

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with additional stakeholders to ensure that "The Win" is backed by a sustainable operational plan
  • Market Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert in health and wellness trends, positioning MERGE as the premier partner for brands looking to make a meaningful impact
Core Competencies
  • The Hunter Instinct: You have a restless ambition to uncover new opportunities. You don't wait for RFPs to land in your lap; you create the conversation
  • Operational Excellence: You believe that a great salesperson is only as good as their process. You bring a structured approach to prospecting, qualifying, and reporting
  • Collaborative Spirit: While you lead the hunt, you understand that winning is a team sport. You effectively bridge the gap between the sales "promise" and the delivery team's "reality"
  • Passion for Wellness: You are genuinely invested in the health category. You understand the regulatory nuances, the emotional drivers of the consumer, and the evolving digital landscape
Who you are:
  • 12+ years in senior business development or agency growth roles
  • Must have deep roots in Health & Wellness or Life Sciences
  • A "True Hunter" mentality-motivated by the chase and the close
  • Proven track record of using CRM and data to drive predictable growth
