Job description

Join a Brand That Moves People — and Businesses — Forward
Business Development / Commercial Sales Representative
Competitive pay + Commission + Performance Incentives
Are you ready for a sales career you can actually enjoy? One where your relationships matter, your effort is visible, and your success is rewarded?
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, growth starts with people — our customers, our communities, and our team members.
We’re looking for a driven B2B / Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial business throughout the Raleigh-Durham market.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves getting out from behind a desk, meeting people, developing relationships, and turning connections into long-term business partnerships. If you thrive on networking, enjoy face-to-face sales, and want to build a long-term career with a nationally recognized brand, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
What You’ll Do | Outside Sales amp; Business Development
As our Business Development / Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll be a face of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® throughout the local business community. Your goal is simple: build relationships, uncover opportunities, and help businesses solve their moving and logistics needs. You’ll develop relationships throughout the greater Raleigh-Durham region, helping expand our commercial customer base and create repeat and referral business.
Your day-to-day impact includes:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, property managers, apartment communities, real estate professionals, senior living communities, office managers, contractors, and corporate partners
  • Prospecting and developing new B2B and commercial sales opportunities
  • Growing our presence throughout Burlington, Mebane, Graham, Alamance County, and the greater RDU market
  • Getting out into the community to meet prospective customers face-to-face
  • Representing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® at chamber events, networking groups, business meetings, community events, and local organizations
  • Identifying businesses that could benefit from commercial moving, office relocation, delivery, storage, and logistics solutions
  • Developing referral partnerships that generate repeat and long-term business
  • Managing your sales pipeline, prospecting activity, outreach, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Collaborating with our operations, customer service, and marketing teams to create an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the completed move
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’ll thrive in this role if:
  • You’re a natural relationship builder — you enjoy meeting new people and turning conversations into connections
  • You’re comfortable walking into businesses, making introductions, networking, and opening doors
  • You’re self-motivated and enjoy having the freedom to build and manage your territory
  • You’re motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
  • You have experience in B2B sales, outside sales, territory sales, business development, account management, or service-based sales
  • You understand that successful outside sales is about consistent follow-up and long-term relationships, not just closing a quick deal
  • You’re organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-focused organization
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the local territory
Experience in moving, logistics, transportation, property management, real estate, restoration, home services, staffing, hospitality, or other relationship-driven industries is a plus but it isn’t required.
If you know how to build relationships and generate business, we
