Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing business development efforts within the oil and gas industry. The role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.

Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights on pricing strategies and market positioning.
  • Develop forecasts, sales plans, and budgets to align with business objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
