Job description

G&A ROBOT operates smart, unattended food & beverage machines (fresh espresso-based coffee, milk tea, snacks, hot meals, and more) across high-traffic locations such as universities, transit hubs, stadiums, hospitals, offices, and community facilities. We handle daily operations end-to-end and are expanding into New York City.

The Role

Experience in Outbound Sales, combined with Business Development or Project Management experience would be the ideal candidate.

We are looking for someone proactive and personable, with a successful track record of reaching out to and bringing in new clients, rather than just maintaining pre-existing clients.

You will be a leader of our NYC rollout, working directly alongside our NYC GM as well as the top keyholders in our company — securing new clients, locations and assisting with early-stage operations. As our product expands in NYC and our team grows, you’ll help build the local routine and team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / Location Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and secure high-quality locations (property management, offices, campuses, gyms, community centers, transit-adjacent sites, etc.)
  • Run the full partnership cycle: outreach → meeting → proposal → negotiation → agreement → installation coordination
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with weekly updates and clear next steps

What Success Looks Like

  • Scalable expansion with consistent new location launches
  • Strong partner relationships built on trust
  • High service quality and performance across every market

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in B2B sales / business development / account management, ideally with field operations exposure
  • Comfortable being hands-on and working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized and data-driven: able to track pipeline and operational KPIs
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within GTA

Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Stock Options

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid

Location: 1216 Broadway, 2nd floor, New York NY 10001
