About the Role

EyeBuild is growing our sales team in Scottsdale, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to build real sales experience and have the opportunity to earn more based on their performance.


This is a hands-on B2B sales role that combines outbound calling, follow-ups, and door-to-door prospecting with local businesses and construction job sites.

You’ll receive a $1,000 monthly base salary, $200 monthly gas allowance, plus monthly performance bonuses typically ranging from $500 to $6,000+ based on results.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for people who are confident, coachable, motivated, and comfortable talking to new people.



What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls and prospect for new business
  • Visit local businesses and construction sites for door-to-door outreach
  • Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
  • Follow up with leads and build your sales pipeline
  • Present EyeBuild’s solutions and close new accounts
  • Track leads and activity in our CRM
