  • Verifying that custodial duties are completed effectively and plant standards are consistently met
  • Managing and meeting preventive maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring necessary materials and supplies are available for the team
  • Responding to maintenance requests in accordance with plant standards
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
  • Repairing pneumatic tools
  • Diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical issues
  • Training and coaching team members to build the skills required for their roles
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with staff at all levels
  • Using precision measuring tools to confirm that machine tolerances are within specification
