Job description
- Directly supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned employees including but not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Troubleshoot maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement
- Oversee and maintain several corporate office buildings to include maintaining HVAC systems
- Regular attendance is required.
- Documenting work performed, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, and managing work request systems using computer systems or other tools.
- Conducting daily inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues and ensure safety and compliance.
- Monitoring supply levels for maintenance work and assisting with ordering necessary parts, equipment, and supplies.

- Must be able to interact well with others
- Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
