A Day in the Life:As a Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB), you'll play a vital role in supporting store operations through accurate cash handling, payroll processing, and coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities. You'll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.
What you bring to the table:
  • Cash Office & Bookkeeping Experience: Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Payroll & HR Support: Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions including onboarding and leave tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic math and computer systems including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies.
