Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring financial information is handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency. This role plays an important part in supporting timely reporting and smooth business operations.

This is 100% in office, no remote work.ย  Don't apply if looking for remote work. Also, this isn't a contracted position.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Review financial data for completeness and identify discrepancies for resolution.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members regarding accounting matters.

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or a similar financial administration role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standard bookkeeping practices.
