Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant

The Customer Service BDC Consultant utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner and positive attitude to get customers in the door. 

Required Duties Include handling heavy inbound and outbound calls, follow-up calls and a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer!

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Make large quantities of outbound calls to schedule sales appointments
  • Log all customer comments and leave detailed notes in the CRM
  • Schedule and follow up contact for each customer
  • Confirm scheduled appointments
  • Reschedule no show or canceled appointments
  • Follow up with sales as needed to ensure appointments are marked correctly
  • Keep accurate, complete, and up to date information for all customers in the CRM
  • Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives
  • Respond to customer website requests daily
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals! 

What You’ll Need…

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience in the automotive or customer service fields is highly preferable
  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential or current customer
  • Ability to communicate, read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
  • Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks
  • Proficient use of computers/business machines
