Job description

Business Development Center Representative

Our Growing, family-owned automotive group is seeking a motivated professional Business Development Center Representative to add to their current team. The Receptionist and Business Development Center Representative is the first person many customers converse with when they are seeking information on a vehicle or service need. By phone, email and chat, this person will effectively and happily communicate with these customers and assist them in their buying process.

  • Job hours may require evenings until 8pm and some Saturdays until 4pm
  • The Ideal candidate MUST be reliable and show up for work regularly

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails and chats/texts from potential and current customers while directing to the appropriate department
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Assist the sales group with the follow up process on customer leads.
  • Will also assist the Business Development Manager with various projects to help increase business/sales and enhance customers’ dealership experiences.
  • Solid working knowledge of the internet, CRM software applications, Microsoft Word and Excel all a major plus

  • Flexible work schedule (including Saturday’s – our busiest day of the week)
