Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound scripted calls with current and prospective service customers.
  • Respond to service leads, customer emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows.
  • Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special service campaigns.
  • Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
  • Support service and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Uphold ethical standards while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
