Position Overview: An Internet Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting and selling products or services. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team by meeting or exceeding sales targets.


We are one of the leading customer acquisition firms in the south Florida region. We create customized promotional sales campaigns aimed at expanding our client's customer base and customer retention. We’ve recently signed a significant contract with a notable telecommunications giant, so we are actively hiring an Internet Sales Associate to assist our team with expanding our client’s reach and customer base.


The Internet Sales Associate will focus on customer acquisition and customer retention. They will assist with organizing our sales team and reporting back to the Executive Sales Manager. The Internet Sales Associate will receive hands-on training on all customer acquisition, sales and marketing techniques, brand management strategies, territory management, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be genuinely excited to grow with a progressive, future-focused company.


Internet Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Meeting planned sales goals by meeting directly with new and existing customers to review new products, promotions, and account upgrades
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize market share
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities with the intent to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process

Internet Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, sales, or account management preferred
  • Comfortable taking on a leadership role and support role within a team (must work well with others)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in a management or leadership role
