Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedย Technical Project Managerย with strong technical project management capabilities to lead complex data, application, and analytics initiatives. This position will work across business and IT teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade data solutions usingย Power BI,ย Azure Cloud, andย Python / .NETย technologies. The role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage full project lifecycles from conception to completion.


Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.

  • Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Track and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Communicate status, updates, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, status reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and company standards for documentation, reporting, and technical governance.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Utilizeย Power BIย for enterprise data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.

  • Lead and overseeย Azure Cloudย development projects to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

  • Guide and participate inย application developmentย projects usingย Pythonย orย .NETย technologies.

  • Support and leadย data delivery initiatives, working closely with business partners to gather and document technical requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, security policies, and cloud architecture best practices.


QualificationsEducation & Certification
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree inย Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.

  • PMPย orย Scrum Masterย certification preferred.

Experience
  • 7โ€“10+ years of progressive experience inย data development, analytics, or technical project management.

  • Proven track record of managingย Power BI,ย Azure, andย application developmentย initiatives.

  • Strong understanding ofย SDLC,ย Agile, andย DevOpsย practices.

  • Demonstrated experience withย data delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills
  • Power BIย (dashboards, DAX, data modeling)

  • Azure Cloudย (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, DevOps, Blob Storage)

  • Pythonย and/orย .NETย development

  • SQLย and data integration (ETL) experience
