Technical Project Manager

iVueit LLC | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day WFH) | Columbus, OH
iVueit is a crowdsourced property intelligence platform that enables businesses to collect real-world insights at scale. Our platform powers mobile, web, and backend systems used daily across the U.S. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across our Frontend, Backend, and Mobile engineering teams and help mature our engineering execution and operations.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days per week in our Columbus, Ohio office and 1 day remote.

Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at iVueit, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, cross-team coordination, and project outcomes across multiple engineering teams. You will work closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering Leads, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to plan, track, and deliver reliable, scalable systems. You do not need to write production code, but you should be comfortable in a technical environment reading design documents, participating in architecture discussions, and translating technical work into clear plans, risks, and status. This role will also play a key part in establishing operational rigor and a production support model as the platform and team continue to grow.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery across Frontend, Backend, and Mobile workstreams
  • Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules
  • Identify, track, and drive resolution of risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Provide clear, consistent status updates to leadership and business stakeholders

Technical Oversight & Coordination

  • Partner with the Technical Architect and Engineering Leads to break down scope into executable deliverables
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions to understand scope, trade-offs, and technical risk (no hands-on coding required)
  • Coordinate cross-team technical dependencies across mobile, web, backend, and infrastructure
  • Guide teams through the full SDLC from discovery and design through release, support, and hand-off

Product & Business Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management and Business teams to translate priorities into executable delivery plans
  • Drive predictable delivery of business-critical initiatives
  • Balance delivery speed, quality, and technical debt in partnership with engineering leadership
  • Maintain clear documentation of scope, decisions, trade-offs, and timelines

Production Support & Operational Excellence

  • Help establish and run a production support function (on-call rotations, incident response, escalation paths)
  • Coordinate incident response across teams and drive post-incident reviews to completion
  • Improve operational processes, intake, ticket flow, and release management
  • Track reliability and delivery KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Technology Environment

You will be coordinating delivery in the following environment. Hands-on coding is not expected, but familiarity with these technologies is a plus:

  • Mobile: Flutter, Dart (iOS & Android)
  • Frontend: React.js
  • Backend: GoLang, gRPC
  • Database: PostgreSQL (AWS RDS)
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs in a software engineering environment (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade software initiatives on time and within scope
  • Experience coordinating across frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, sprint management, and modern delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable operating in a technical environment able to read design docs, understand system diagrams, and ask the right questions (hands-on coding not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with architects, engineering leads, product managers, and business stakeholders

Work Authorization Requirement (Mandatory)

  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position
  • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a current Green Card holder to be eligible
  • This is a mandatory requirement for consideration

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certification
  • Experience delivering projects in a growth-stage or SaaS environment
  • Experience helping build or coordinate production support or on-call programs
  • Exposure to AWS-based, cloud-native architectures
  • Prior background as a developer, QA lead, or technical lead who has since moved into project management
