Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications team.

As a Senior Manager, you'll contribute by working with our clients as the leader of a team with primary responsibility to successfully execute engagements. This person exhibits an advanced understanding of transformation programs, client's business processes and risks. This person recognizes and works to mitigate areas of potential technical or high-risk engagement issues. Serving as both a role model and trainer, the Senior Manager demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in finding the right resources to develop technical and professional competency. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates are strong as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network is consistently demonstrated. At the direction of senior leadership, the Senior Manager accepts responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

  • Over 5 years managing projects and people

  • Experience managing 2+ projects or workstreams within a larger Microsoft Dynamics program/project

  • Experience with setup and management of Azure DevOps for build effort

  • Experience with creating and modifying PowerBI dashboards

  • Experience with technology governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and evaluation techniques

  • Knowledge of technology strategy including strategy development, portfolio review/management, business case development, etc. Is a plus

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ members, coordinating responsibilities and driving execution

  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Platform and capabilities of the different Microsoft cloud solutions

  • Experience working on enterprise transformation initiatives (i.e. platform modernization and digital) is a plus

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

  • Strong grasp of methodologies, process adherence, and repeatability.

  • Skilled in systems development lifecycle, operational processes, and tools like Microsoft DevOps.

  • Experienced in quality assurance, documentation, and status reporting for diverse audiences.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$128,000.00 - $205,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
