Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives within a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This individual will lead cross-functional programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, networking, data center, security, and platform services while partnering closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. This is a highly visible, hands-on project management role requiring strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently lead multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments, driving accountability across distributed teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and technology projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, and business organizations. Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and executive status updates. Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues. Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies using JIRA and Microsoft Project. Qualifications 8-10+ years of IT Project Management experience. Experience leading complex infrastructure or enterprise technology projects. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
