Location: Columbus, OH Salary: Negotiable Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager: III
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Facilitates seamless collaboration and maximizes team performance by driving continuous improvement within assigned technical and non-technical teams.
Ensure rapid and timely delivery of business value streams and achievement of goals.
Mentors and coaches teams (including the Product Owner) in Agile practices and mindset.
Fosters a growth mindset and spirit of continuous improvement and learning.
Removes impediments to team progress whether internal to the team or organizational in nature. When necessary, escalates impediments to facilitate rapid resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Scrum Master experience with standing up new teams, many of which have limited agile knowledge
CSM or PSM I certification (but PSM II or ACSM preferred)
Experience with Agile/Scrum tools, such as JIRA, preferably Azure DevOps.
