Manage end-to-end software development projects in an Agile environment.

Lead Scrum ceremonies include stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical teams.

Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and scope creep.

Monitor team capacity, velocity, and delivery timelines.

Ensure high-quality releases by working closely with Engineering and QA teams.

Maintain project tracking and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Candidates for Technical Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

3-5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.

Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Understanding of APIs, AWS, and DevOps/CI-CD processes.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification.

Previous experience as a Software Engineer, QA Analyst, or System Administrator.

Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, startup, or enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
