Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Dallas, TX Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour on W2

Job Summary: As a Technical Project Manager, you'll oversee medium complexity technical projects, ensuring adherence to predefined methodologies and tools. This role requires managing technology project timelines from planning to execution, including kickoff, phase alignment, and closure. You'll also manage technology programs, maintaining cadence and aligning releases, while building strong relationships for effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close single technology projects utilizing Agile, SDLC, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Maintain program cadence and publish progress reports, aligning program and project releases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with company managers and senior managers for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Train technology teams on methodologies, processes, and PMO tools.
  • Customize PMO tools and templates to streamline project execution.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong capability in using PMO tools such as Clarizen and SharePoint.
  • Excellent planning, execution, and stakeholder management abilities.

Industry Experience:

  • Preferably with a background in IT or related technical fields, reflecting the need for an understanding of technology project management within a specific domain.
