Are you ready to become an expert in Project Management within Engineering & Manufacturing? This is the role for you!


MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Management Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a hybrid position (4 days onsite) and will require you to work closely with client teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Project Management Consultant at MP, you will play a critical role in supporting complex engineering and manufacturing programs. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting and implementing PMO frameworks and best practices within client organizations
  • Managing and coordinating work packages in technical and functional environments
  • Overseeing project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies within manufacturing programs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Supporting in-development programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
  • Driving change management initiatives in large and complex environments
  • Assisting with cost tracking and project performance monitoring (cost management experience is a plus)
  • Leveraging project management tools such as Planisware (preferred)
  • Supporting client relationship management and stakeholder communication at all levels
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and proposal development

Who You Are

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in an engineering field of study; Engineering Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degrees are advantageous; Supply Chain and Production scheduling education are also advantageous
  • You have 5-8 years of Project Management Experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Project and Program Management (PPM) principles and methodologies is essential.
  • You must have 3-5 years in production or integrated scheduling and the ability to manage multiple schedules at a time. This includes initiating schedules, working with different stakeholders, collecting information, creating process maps and logic diagrams to connect interdependencies.
  • Must be a US Citizen - Military background a plus!
  • Be a self-starter - will be working on a solo team in a complex environment, will need to be autonomous.
  • You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments.
  • Supply chain high level understanding/working knowledge
  • Aerospace background highly preferred
  • You have experience working within large and complex organizations.
  • Experience with Project Management technology such as MS Project and Planisware required.
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) are not required, but highly valued!
  • You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and support the delivery of projects that contribute to the client's growth and competitiveness.
  • Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail.
  • You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience.
  • You are proactive, confident, and engaging; especially when it comes to collaborating with project stakeholders.
