Job Summary:
Staffworxs is a company that powers transformation by combining global reach with deep expertise in Digital & Data Analytics. They are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong Scrum experience to lead digital transformation initiatives, manage large-scale projects, and ensure alignment with business goals in the hospitality/cruise sector.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
โ€ข Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
โ€ข Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
โ€ข Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
โ€ข Track and report project performance, ensuring transparency at all levels
โ€ข Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
โ€ข Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role
โ€ข Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
โ€ข Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
