What You'll Do
  • Configure, test, and deploy LLM-powered features and agent tools, in partnership with IT/Engineering teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance, whileestablishingbest practices for AI system usage across the People team
  • Partner strategically with ML product leaders and engineering teams toidentifyorganizational bottlenecks, shape the product roadmap, andarchitectscalable solutions
  • Translate HR business requirements into technicalsolutionsin collaboration with engineering and systems teams, proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to apply machine learnings towards the optimization of HRprocesses, systems, and analytics
  • Execute A/B testing frameworks and analyze conversation data, user feedback, and system metrics todrivecontinuous improvement ofAI tool accuracy and user experience
  • Partner with HR, legal,and othersubject matter expertsto curate,maintain, and govern content that trains our AI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, andappropriate segmentation
  • Create andmaintainprogram roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking, whilecoordinating cross-functional workstreams.Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives;maintainclear stakeholder communication through regular status updates, metrics, and escalations
  • Document workflows, create andmaintainSOPs, andestablishbest practices for AI system configuration and content management

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 yearsofexperience in project/program management, operations,or technical coordination, with a preferred focus on enterprise HR technology,AI implementation, and/or process improvement
  • Demonstratedproficiencywith AI/ML tools and platforms, including comfort working withcontent management systems,knowledge base platforms,generative AI systems, prompt engineering, or LLM-based applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, evaluate system performance, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts. Experience with backend languages, frontend frameworks, or creating and shipping full-stack applications is a plus
  • Abilityto write scripts or queries and build data visualization tools to support analysis, automation, and system troubleshooting is a plus
