Starting Salary: $21/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to ensure a consistent pool of qualified associates.
  • Maintain high levels of daily recruiting activity to generate a steady flow of strong candidates.
  • Establish and nurture a robust network of community-based contacts to tap into diverse talent pools.
  • Foster lasting relationships with existing associates, ensuring a positive experience with Express throughout their assignments.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the team, contributing to all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.

Qualifications:
  • 4-year marketing/business degree or a compelling combination of work experience and education.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in recruiting and/or customer service.
  • Fast-paced, sharp, with meticulous attention to detail.
