Job Overview: As a Model Bartender at Bottled Blonde Las Vegas, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standards in guest drinking experiences. The Model Bartender must be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customersโ€™ needs and expectations. You will continually enhance the guest experience to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit at our venues. Model Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
  • Assess customersโ€™ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
  • Plan and present bar menu.
  • Check customersโ€™ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Bartender.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Computer and POS system literacy.
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
  • Relevant training certificate
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Requires standing, squatting, reaching and bending. Lifting up to 25 pounds.
