Own the Hiring That Powers a World‑Class Consumer Products Operation

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a recognizable leader in the Consumer Products industry to find an experienced Corporate Recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing environments. In this role, you won’t just fill requisitions—you’ll directly impact production, operations, and business continuity by delivering top talent across critical functions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands‑on recruiter who enjoys being close to the business, collaborating with leaders, and seeing the direct results of their work on the factory floor and beyond.

  • Location: Sparks, NV (Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 Days/Week) 8AM to 5PM M-F

  • Pay: $41.79/hour

  • Employment Type: 3‑Month Contract (Extension or Conversion Possible for the right candidate)


What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be a trusted partner to hire leaders and the primary driver of full‑cycle recruiting efforts:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to support manufacturing and corporate hiring needs

  • Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting from intake meetings through offer and onboarding handoff

  • Create and refine job descriptions; screen and evaluate candidate resumes

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews from scheduling through selection

  • Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and local talent‑pipeline efforts

  • Track key recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and hiring effectiveness

  • Ensure compliance with EEO, diversity, and employment regulations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in ATS/VMS systems

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and workflows

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience

  • Proven recruiting experience within manufacturing environments, including:

    • Production

    • Finance / Accounting

    • Procurement

    • Human Resources

    • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Experience recruiting exempt and operational/technical roles

  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

  • Must be local to the Reno/Sparks, NV area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience

  • Experience recruiting for HR, IT, Engineering, EHS, or Finance functions

  • High‑volume recruiting background

Pay Details: $41.79 per hour
