Starting Pay: $20.50 per hour   Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

As the Customer Relations Associate, you'll be the first person customers meet and often the first voice they hear. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail help create an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or contacts our dealership.

You'll support customers throughout their visit by providing accurate information, directing them to the appropriate team members, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and appreciated. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and service teams while helping deliver the high level of customer satisfaction that Berlin City Toyota is known for.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting every customer, vendor, and visitor with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls promptly, and ensure customers are connected with the appropriate department.
  • Create positive first impressions that reflect the Berlin City Toyota commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Assist customers by providing information, answering general questions, and helping them navigate their dealership experience.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up with current and previous customers to confirm appointments and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Communicate with internet customers through their preferred method, including phone, text, and email.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within the dealership CRM system to support excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Support sales, service, and administrative teams with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.
