BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist

Audi Hawthorne Hawthorne, NY

Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Audi Hawthorne is seeking a BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our sales team with inbound leads, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls
  • Respond to internet sales inquiries and customer leads
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Greet customers entering the dealership and assist with check-in
  • Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
