As a Hotel Front Desk Associate - Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality! You are the very first impression each guest has as they walk through our doors. With a friendly attitude, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. You enthusiastically register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Using your top-notch communication skills, you speak with guests over the phone to make or adjust reservations.

You keep the front desk area clean and presentable for our guests. Always meticulous, you make sure that all billing is accurate.
