MRM Dental Lab has been providing high-quality dental restorations with life-like aesthetics through the combination of scientific expertise and artistic craftsmanship since 1995. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
Role Description and Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Sales Representative. You will be responsible for promoting and selling MRM Dental Lab's products and services to dental offices and laboratories in person, by phone and email.
The Sales Representative will also be responsible for:
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Tracking sales leads and activities
  • Participating in sales presentations and events.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of Previous FIELD Sales Experience (inside sales, phone sales, and retail does not apply)
  • Customer Service
  • Communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Effective time-management
  • Organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications Skills:
  • Prior knowledge of dental procedures and materials
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
This position has a base salary range of $60,000- $65,000 with an opportunity for a 5% bonus commission .
Paid Time Off and Benefits:
  • 10 days (80 Hours) - Vacation/PTO awarded on December 12th every year (Starting 1 year after date of Hire)
*Company pays out any unused PTO time on December 11th (Max of 40 hours)
  • 5 Days (40 Hours) Sick Time available after 120 days of Employment
  • Paid Holidays after 90 Days of Employment

Health Insurance:
Health Insurance is available after 90 days of Employment for Employee Only. (If you choose to add any family members, you would be responsible for their portions in full.)
401K:
  • Available after 6 months of employment
  • 6% Match every year

Yearly Raises:
  • Base 3%
  • Eligible for a higher percentage based on efficiency, attendance and performance.
