Key Account Manager


Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability within assigned accounts across the Southeast region. This role manages relationships with brokers, distributors, and key customers while executing commercial strategies aligned with sales and investment objectives.

This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA, requiring regular travel throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The role is field-oriented, with frequent customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure effective execution of commercial plans.

The position requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach, strong adaptability, and a growth mindset to succeed in dynamic customer environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop commercial relationships with brokers, distributors, and key customer accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
  • Conduct regular in-market visits to customers across the assigned territory to strengthen relationships and drive business development
  • Identify growth opportunities across clients, channels, and geographic areas
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives, budgets, and investment plans
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and displays in accordance with company guidelines
  • Analyze sales performance, margins, and portfolio results to support decision-making
  • Coordinate the execution of commercial plans with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Trade Marketing
  • Monitor key business indicators such as inventory levels, product rotation, and returns
  • Manage and resolve customer situations effectively and professionally
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and business updates
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  • Experience working with brokers, distributors, and customer-facing field roles preferred
  • Familiarity with the Southeast market (Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina) is highly desirable


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Ability to travel throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
