Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager's primary duty is to manage Winchester's customer relationships, serve as the primary day-to-day contact, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and success. Their responsibility is to own and manage the account including all customer service related tasks associated with their assigned accounts including maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, the quoting process - including negotiating and agreements to maximize profit, increase sales and margin, and order fulfillment process.
The key account manager is responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial data for their customers and communicating trends, variances, and causes with our internal and external customers.
To be successful in this role the key account manager should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with an ability to build rapport with customers while communicating using the company platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The Key Account Manager is central to Winchester's customer success, serving as the primary daily contact and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales role in manufacturing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical, as you will manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
